Instructions
Dissolve half an ounce of carbonate of ammonia and one ounces of borax in one liter of water, then add two ounces glycerin in three quarters of New England, rum and a bottle of bay rum. Wet wash your hair with this liquid, shampoo with their hands up to a light foam and then with clean water.
